The organization provides small-scale, personalized support in a calm farm environment, where nature, the changing seasons, and farm animals contribute to everyday activities and goals. Its services include daytime activities for adults and young people, education-and-care arrangements, after-school care (BSO), holiday care, overnight stays, and ambulatory support. Individual programs and group guidance are tailored to each person. The professional team includes specialists such as an orthopedagogue, psychologist, teachers, personal support workers, pedagogical staff, and social workers. Care can be provided through the WMO, Youth Act, Long-Term Care Act (WLZ), or a personal budget (PGB). Op ’e Romte describes its approach as caring, personal, and professional. Staff use the “Geef me de 5” method, emphasizing clear communication about who, what, where, when, and how. Support may focus on social skills, confidence, overcoming fears, trying new challenges, and developing independence. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/zorgboerderijoperomte) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id0WmY_auL/w/820/h/201/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793259830421) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id0WmY_auL/w/510/h/510/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793259830956) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Robin's Egg Blue | #00c1d5 | accent | | Red Robin | #833921 | dark | | Jagged Ice | #b6e3d4 | light | ## Fonts - CrimsonPro — asset _(google)_ - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
