## Description

ZRound is a free race and championship management software project created by Jesús M. Broceño, a radio-control hobby enthusiast and Mini-Z racing fan. Developed since 2006, it has evolved in response to the needs of RC racers and the creator’s experience in racing and computer science. The software supports most lap counters and is used across radio-control classes and slot competitions; the site describes it as especially widely used in 1/28-scale RC racing.

ZRound Suite helps clubs and organizers manage races, free-practice sessions, championships, heats, and mains. Its track designer lets users create layouts in a foam-tile style and calculate the pieces required, or work with their own designs. Race information can be shared through multiple monitors, a networked secondary console, spoken notices, and compact scoreboards embedded in videos. ZRound also offers online services for publishing results and sharing lap and time data live, with live internet results identified as a beta feature.
