Its work focuses on inclusion, personal choice and the opportunity to lead a self-determined life as part of the wider community. The association develops practical concepts across key areas of life, including housing, education and employment, guided by a commitment to mutual support and shared responsibility. Its first major project was the development of a residential home for people with disabilities in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn. The organisation also describes housing initiatives in the region and provides information for people interested in joining a waiting list. Alongside its residential projects, Zukunft trotz Handicap offers accessible vocational training for young adults with cognitive disabilities, who may otherwise have limited options beyond working in a sheltered workshop. Its activities include support for participation in everyday life, school support services, integrative childcare and an inclusion café. Through these projects, the association seeks to advance meaningful inclusion and respect people’s rights to make choices about how they live, learn and work. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/zth.verein) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/zth.ev) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idK5dsBL9X/w/600/h/249/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793207547588) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idK5dsBL9X/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793207547756) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | River Bed | #46505a | accent | | Mine Shaft | #333333 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Inter — asset _(google)_ - Inter — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
