## Description

DB Regio Guide was a Deutsche Bahn travel service presented as a companion for passengers on the move. The service has been discontinued, effective October 1, 2025, and is no longer available to users. In its place, Deutsche Bahn recommends the DB Navigator app as a clearer, enhanced way to plan and manage travel. The app brings together a range of functions for both local and long-distance transport, positioning it as a central platform for connected mobility. Passengers looking for travel information or services are also directed to bahn.de. The farewell message thanks former DB Regio Guide users for their loyalty and points them toward these alternatives. While the Regio Guide has ended, Deutsche Bahn’s stated focus is on helping customers access travel support through DB Navigator and its main website. The announcement frames the change as a transition to a more streamlined travel companion, bringing mobility-related functions together in one app for journeys across different types of rail service.
