CeLT (Center for Language Technology) is a renowned brand that has been serving IU language programs for 64 years. Located in Ballantine Hall on the IU Bloomington campus, CeLT offers a wide range of services and facilities to support language learning and teaching. Their main offices and smaller hybrid classrooms are on the 6th floor (south wing), while the language recording studio, larger hybrid classrooms, and computer lab can be found on the 1st floor (north wing). CeLT provides various resources and services, including equipment checkout, audio/video recording studio, computer lab, and web specialist services. They also offer remote support services and valuable feedback on their new website. As a part of their mission to enhance language learning, CeLT hosts events and series like the Language Learners' Lounge and Pedagogical Resources. They also provide access to online language learning tools such as Kanopy and Kaltura. Students can benefit from Canvas tips, Adobe Creative Cloud, Top Hat @ IU, Zoom tips, and more.
