The 10,000 Interns Foundation is dedicated to championing underrepresented talent and promoting equity of opportunity in the UK. Founded with a mission to offer paid internship opportunities to Black and Black heritage students and disabled students, the foundation has already created almost 5,000 internships in just 3 years, impacting over 25,000 applicants. Their two main programmes, the 10,000 Black Interns programme and the 10,000 Able Interns programme, provide valuable work experience across a diverse range of industries.
