4ward Inclusion is a non-profit organization founded in 2017 with the aim of promoting social justice and racial equity in low-income communities of color. Recognizing the need to address racial trauma and provide support, 4ward Inclusion offers racial equity and trauma-informed programs to youth, educators, parents/caregivers, and community organizations. Led by Jo Beavers, a licensed Social Worker, 4ward Inclusion is driven by the belief that adversity can bring diverse groups of people together for learning and problem solving.

With their Move 4ward framework, which focuses on mindset shifts, behavioral change, and trauma recovery, the organization empowers individuals to overcome past challenges. Embracing diversity and promoting vulnerability are key values of 4ward Inclusion. Through cultural proficiency and creating safe spaces, the organization encourages open and honest conversations around racism, power, and identity.

By fostering a sense of community and equity, 4ward Inclusion aims to create lasting impact in education and beyond. Through their various programs, 4ward Inclusion has trained educators, facilitated partnerships with schools and organizations, and supported parents and caregivers. With a focus on restorative community solutions, social and emotional learning, skill-building, and leadership development, 4ward Inclusion is making a difference in marginalized populations all across the United States.
