646 Weightlifting Gym is Toronto's premier Olympic Weightlifting facility. Our gym was established with the goal of promoting and encouraging youth and adult participation in Olympic Weightlifting. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, we have programs to suit your needs.

For beginners, we provide a safe and supportive environment where our experienced coaches will help you learn the basics and guide you every step of the way. For more advanced lifters, we offer training programs that will improve your technique, develop your strength and power, and help you reach your full potential. We also offer specialized programs such as Youth Weightlifting, Strength & Power Training, Remote Programming & Coaching, Personal Training, and Fascial Stretch Therapy.
