About
Description
The Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers (AACHC) is dedicated to advancing equitable access to healthcare in Arizona. As the Primary Care Association (PCA) for the state, AACHC supports and grows the healthcare safety net, including health centers, Look-alikes, and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), collectively known as Community Health Centers (CHCs). Their mission is to ensure that every Arizonan receives quality primary healthcare.
AACHC is a nonprofit member organization that provides training, technical assistance, programmatic support, and advocacy to CHCs. They work collaboratively with health centers to develop strategies that leverage their unique community-driven model to meet the needs of their communities. AACHC also serves as a connection point between CHCs, legislators, Medicaid, and other local, state, and federal agencies.
Through grassroots advocacy, AACHC galvanizes support for CHCs and their patients. They create economies of scale through resource sharing and group purchasing, while also emphasizing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in all their efforts. Overall, AACHC is committed to ensuring equitable access to high-quality healthcare for everyone in Arizona
