Aarnio Originals | Helsinki is the sole authorized manufacturer of Eero Aarnio's iconic and beloved classics. Based in Helsinki, our company was established in 2016, but our story begins much earlier. In 2002, young Stefan Mahlberg met Eero Aarnio while expanding his atelier.

Later on, Stefan made a name for himself in the furniture industry, co-founding One Nordic and partnering with Hem. com. In 2015, Stefan joined forces with Eero to bring the classic Aarnio collection back home to Finland.

The brand Eero Aarnio Originals was created in close collaboration with Eero, resulting in improved pricing and quality. Our collection's cornerstones are the Ball Chair, Bubble, Pastil, and Pony. We are dedicated to delivering the authentic experience of Eero Aarnio’s most celebrated and cheerful classics while focusing on sustainable and responsible production.

We aim to handcraft the majority of our collection locally in Finland, honoring the Finnish legacy of Eero Aarnio classics. With decades of experience, our factories ensure both high quality and unique skills in fiberglass production.
