The Alert Program is dedicated to helping people better understand the importance of self-regulation in their day-to-day lives. By learning how to be alert, attentive, and focused, adults, caregivers, teachers, therapists, administrators, veterans, seniors, parents, and children can all benefit from this program. We offer a one-of-a-kind online course that provides in-depth guidance on how to implement self-regulation strategies and encourages team members to be on board to support children.
