ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, is a degenerative disease that affects the adult motor system, leading to muscle weakness, loss of movement, and paralysis. The foundation's primary goal is to fund the MDA/ALS Center of Hope at Temple University's Lewis Katz School of Medicine.
