With over 20 years of experience in web projects and a focus on SaaS applications since 2005, Jorge is a seasoned web developer and SaaS barista. In 2004, he founded Oficina Inmobiliaria and launched the first SaaS application for the real estate market in Spain the following year.

Despite facing challenges during the real estate crisis in 2008, he's worked remotely for companies in various countries including the UK, Germany, Denmark, USA, and Spain. Today, Jorge's passion lies in Happy Mood Score, a SaaS application designed to help companies increase employee engagement and happiness. The application features a peer-to-peer recognition tool and uses feedback, gamification, analytics, and big data to enhance employee engagement and talent retention.
