AmDocs2024 is the Oscar©-qualifying American Documentary and Animation Film Festival that brings together independent filmmakers from around the world to celebrate and promote documentary film. Founded in 2011, this non-profit festival takes place annually in Palm Springs, CA, just 90 minutes east of Hollywood. With a proven track record of viewing audiences that support independent film, AmDocs has grown exponentially since its inception.

The festival showcases a diverse range of international films, including animated entries, and has attracted renowned honorees and guests such as Oliver Stone, Dionne Warwick, Julie Cohen, George Takei, and Peter Bogdanovich. Recognized by MovieMaker Magazine as one of the coolest documentary film festivals in the world, AmDocs is ranked among the top 1% of Film Festivals globally. In addition to screening critically acclaimed films, AmDocs carries out outreach activities, including the AmDocs Film Fund Pitch Competition, providing financial support for new and ongoing documentary projects.
