Asian Women for Health is a peer-led, community-based network that is dedicated to advancing the health and wellness of Asian women through education, advocacy, and support. Our ultimate goal is to create a world where Asian women are well-informed and have access to culturally appropriate and high-quality care, enabling them to live happy and healthy lives. We offer a range of programs and initiatives to achieve this mission. Our Workforce Development Initiative aims to engage, train, and empower underrepresented and underserved minorities to become community health workers. Through this program, participants receive comprehensive training and support to start a career in public health and address health inequities. Additionally, we partner with the All of Us Research Program to ensure that our communities are included in vital research studies that can lead to better treatments and cures. We also organize various events, such as the Asian American Mental Health Forum and the State of Asian Women's Health Conference, which provide platforms for education, discussion, and support.
