The foundation's journey began in 2009 when four medical graduates, an engineer, and a philanthropist collaborated with the Rural Welfare Council in Kalikot district to establish and strengthen the Kalikot Clinic. Over the course of five years, they successfully provided telemedicine services to 5,000 patients free of charge. ASK Foundation played a crucial role in facilitating the clinic's development by providing internet access, recruiting a lab technician, and assisting with basic lab setup.
