During the forum, leaders who are pioneering change present challenges to the participating teams. Equipped with tools, support, and guidance, the teams spend twelve weeks designing solutions to their selected challenges. The culmination of their hard work is showcased on stage during a daylong competition.

Outstanding teams are then selected to advance and present their work at the prestigious Aspen Ideas Festival.
