ASPPIRE of Mid-Michigan is a brand that offers support services and programs to adults with disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other conditions such as mental illness, learning disabilities, and developmental disabilities. With a mission to provide collaborative supports and programs, ASPPIRE aims to help individuals lead functional and productive lives. Their services include social coaching programs, Person Centered Planning, and connections to community resources.

The brand believes in the inherent worth and dignity of every individual, valuing their uniqueness. They also believe in lifelong education and enrichment, beyond just academics, as a means for enhancing the quality of life for adults with social challenges. ASPPIRE was founded by Bob Steinkamp, an educator and parent of two adult sons with ASD.

They started their first social coaching group in 2008 and became a non-profit organization in 2011. Today, they proudly partner with various organizations and continue to grow, serving adults with social challenges and disabilities in the Mid-Michigan area
