Avenue 360 Health and Wellness is a renowned 501(c)3 organization and Federally Qualified Health Center, dedicated to improving the healthcare landscape in the Houston region. Originally known as Houston Area Community Services (HACS), founded in 1998 to aid individuals with AIDS, Avenue 360 joined forces with Bering Omega (Omega House), a hospice care provider for those with HIV/AIDS, to form their current organization.
