Ballardsville Fire & Rescue has been proudly serving Oldham County since 1952. With 2 stations and a fleet of 13 different apparatus, we are well-equipped to handle a wide range of emergencies. Our dedicated team consists of 50 members, including both career professionals and volunteers.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including firefighting, EMS, Rescue/Extrication, HazMat, and Wildland response. Our stations are fully operational 24/7, ensuring rapid and reliable emergency response. At Ballardsville Fire & Rescue, we go beyond traditional fire department duties.

We are committed to preventing, educating, and preparing the community. Our resources include a Kids Corner with fire and life safety videos for all ages, as well as a community room available for event rental. We also provide reflective address signs for easy residence identification and offer Fire Department Key Box Installation services.
