BDI - Business Diversity Institute is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that has been supporting minority-owned businesses and entrepreneurs for over twenty years. They provide education and enhanced contracting opportunities to promote diversity in the business world. BDI offers a range of programs and services to help small businesses succeed, including MED Week, where they celebrate the success of minority-owned small businesses and host tailored workshops and discussions for diversity practitioners.

In 2022 alone, BDI served 128 small business owners and staff, providing over 4530 hours of low-cost training in 36 workshops. They also engaged over 228 diversity practitioners from public and private organizations at their Diversity Practitioners Summits. BDI's dedication to supporting minority-owned and women-owned businesses is evident in their mission to provide training and education.
