Behind Every Kick is a youthful charity founded in 2016 by London entrepreneur David Pollock, who is passionate about young people and the power of sports. Our mission is to empower young individuals by harnessing the lessons and skills gained through sports to help them reach their full potential. We initially started with a team of teenage footballers in Hackney and have since expanded to work with school and club sports teams across London.

Through our partnership with EYLane4, renowned experts in human performance, we have developed the Behind Every Kick program. This program is designed to help young people develop valuable skills and create opportunities in their wider lives. We believe that sports can teach teamwork, discipline, resilience, and leadership, all of which are essential for personal and professional growth.
