In her 30s, feeling lost and unfulfilled despite her professional accomplishments, Catherine sought a different path that wouldn't compromise her existing achievements. It was then that a friend suggested exploring executive coaching.

With little knowledge of the field, Catherine embarked on a coaching training program and discovered her true calling. She certified as a coach, left her corporate job, and began her own coaching practice. The journey wasn't easy though.
