Beyond the Baby Blues is a brand dedicated to providing support and resources to women experiencing postpartum depression and related mood disorders. Our mission is to offer a safe and caring space for women to connect with each other and regain their sense of well-being. Through our 6-week therapeutic support groups, women can find solace and understanding as they navigate the challenges of parenthood.

Our groups are conducted over Zoom, allowing for accessibility and convenience. In addition to our postpartum support groups, we also offer dedicated support groups for women who have experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth, or the death of a newborn. We believe in the importance of providing free services to women who are struggling emotionally during pregnancy, after giving birth, or after a loss.
