BGCFW, or Boys & Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne, is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and inspiring young people to achieve their full potential. Serving kids aged 6-18 from high-need areas, BGCFW offers a safe and supportive environment for hundreds of children and teens after school and during the summer. Their mission is to help young people become productive, caring, and responsible citizens.

BGCFW offers impactful programs focused on academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles. With multiple club locations in Fort Wayne, including Fairfield Club, Timothy L. Johnson Club, Fellowship Club, and Brookmill Club, they provide a range of services and opportunities to their members.

The organization's vision aligns with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America's Great Futures Vision, aiming to guide all members to graduate from high school, become involved in their communities, and live healthy lives. The statistics show the immediate and lasting impact of BGCFW's programs, with 100% of club members expecting to graduate from high school and 93% perceiving the importance of education. Founded in 1989, BGCFW has grown from a small club to serving over 2,270 members today.

They strive to give Fort Wayne youth a fun, safe, and positive place to develop into successful adults. In 2019, their new 42,500 sq. Fairfield facility opened, allowing them to serve even more members each day.
