Birthright STL is a non-profit organization that provides free professional counseling, support, and assistance to women facing unplanned pregnancies in the St. Louis area. With three office locations in Brentwood, Central West End, and Hazelwood, Birthright offers a safe and judgement-free space for women to navigate the challenges of pregnancy and new motherhood.

They believe that every pregnant woman has the right to give birth, and every child has the right to be born. Birthright's services include free pregnancy testing, confidential counseling, community referrals, supportive resources, educational group counseling, pregnancy support groups, pregnancy workshops, and postpartum support. The organization operates solely on private donations and accepts no government funding.
