The Black Heroes Foundation is a community-based charity that aims to develop and promote talent, as well as support cultural and artistic initiatives in the community. The foundation focuses on youth, education, training, social uplifting, and personal development programs. It was formed in honor of Peter Randolph Fraser, also known as Flip Fraser, who was the first editor of The Voice Newspaper and the creator of the acclaimed show Black Heroes in the Hall of Fame.

Despite Flip Fraser's passing in 2014, his vision has been realized through the establishment of the Black Heroes Foundation. Their mission is to advance public education about Black Heroes and their achievements through the development of educational resources and the support of theatrical shows and performances. The foundation aims to promote cultural awareness, inspire and motivate individuals, and foster a better understanding of Black heritage.

They depend on support from the community, businesses, and government bodies to fulfill Flip Fraser's legacy and continue making a positive impact
