Frontier, the American communications company, recently revealed a brand new brand identity that includes changes to its logo, typeface, and color palette.

Frontier Communications offers gigabit speeds to connect 2.8 million consumers and businesses across 25 states. The American communications provider builds digital infrastructure throughout the country through its various fiber-optic network and cloud-based solutions.

Frontier’s services include internet, phone, and television. The company also offers its clients Frontier Secure®, a suite of digital protection services. Focused on its mission of “building gigabit America,” Frontier helps support a digital society, close the digital divide, and work toward a more sustainable environment.

Frontier traces its early beginnings to the Citizens Utilities Company, which was formed in Minneapolis in 1935.

In May 2000, the company was renamed Citizens Communications Company, which was then changed to Frontier Communications Corporation in July 2008. Frontier is currently headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut, and employs more than 10,000 people.

Since May 2021, Frontier has been publicly listed and traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the ticker symbol FYBR.

“Our new brand is a result of the inside-out transformation that has taken place at Frontier,” said John Harrobin, EVP of Consumer via a press release. “Over the past year, we improved our products and services with a dedicated focus on dramatically improving the customer experience – and emerged as a new company. This new look and feel are an external reflection of that transformation.”
