Bloommarin, a program of YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley, is dedicated to providing wardrobes and preserving dignity for individuals transitioning to a life of self-reliance. Serving low-income and working poor populations, our clients are referred by supporting social services agencies. Whether they are participants in substance abuse recovery programs, victims of spousal abuse, or facing economic hardship, Bloom is there to support them.

We go beyond providing clothes for the workplace. Our goal is to enhance the social and recreational needs of our clients as they strive for self-sufficiency. With our unique approach, Bloom is the only non-profit organization in the United States that offers complimentary wardrobes for the entire family, free of charge to the client.

Referral-based services and personalized attention from our dedicated personal shoppers ensure each client receives a two-week mix-and-match wardrobe and accessories that suit their individual needs. Through our collaborative and nurturing environment, our more than 60 volunteers help build self-esteem and empower our clients.
