The Burnsville Community Foundation (BCF) is a 501(c)8 non-profit organization that was established in 1998 with a mission to connect, honor, and illuminate the community of Burnsville, Minnesota through arts and amenities. The foundation facilitates the development of public art and amenities, creating inviting and beautiful spaces for both residents and visitors. The BCF offers various programs and services to achieve its mission.

These include the opportunity to sponsor a bench or paver, donate to winter lighting, adopt a snowflake, and contribute to the general fund. Additionally, the foundation manages donor-advised or memorial funds. The BCF is supported by a dedicated group of volunteers, residents, and business leaders who contribute their time, energy, and expertise to drive projects and fundraising goals.
