Kirkens Bymisjon, also known as The Church City Mission, is a nonprofit organization operating in various towns and cities across Norway. Our mission is to create an inclusive society where everyone, regardless of their challenges and backgrounds, can experience respect, justice, and care. With a team of 1800 dedicated employees and 4500 volunteers, we aim to provide room for everybody.

Through our initiatives and programs, we cater to people of all ages and social backgrounds. We work in collaboration with public authorities, other organizations, volunteers, and corporate partners to ensure that our vision is realized. While our work is rooted in Christian and humanistic values, we are open to individuals of all beliefs and faiths.

You don't need to be a Christian to join us as an employee or volunteer. Our mission can be summarized in three words: detect, relieve, and change. We strive to make a difference in people's lives by providing support, assistance, and opportunities for personal growth.
