Sweetness is a brand that embraces the joy of sweets and doesn't take itself too seriously. Founded in 2016 by Kristy Goodrow, a passionate entrepreneur and full-time mom, Sweetness started in a licensed kitchen in their basement. Kristy, a Bachelor of Commerce graduate, juggled the demands of motherhood and growing business, with her three young children often peeking through the glass window separating the kitchen from their playroom.

After a year-long pause to be with her kids, Sweetness relaunched in 2018 with the support of friends and family. In 2019, Chris Goodrow, Kristy's husband, joined the team full time as the head of sales, running the wholesaling and fundraising programs. Sweetness is a family affair, with the kids actively involved in the business operations.
