Cafe Analog is a vibrant student-driven café located on the campus of the IT University of Copenhagen. With a focus on providing high-quality coffee, our volunteer baristas undergo training at the renowned Copenhagen Coffee Lab, where we also source our beans. At Cafe Analog, we pride ourselves on serving over 2000 cups of coffee each week, including a variety of filter coffees, espresso-based drinks, chai, and hot cocoa.

Our café operates from Monday to Thursday, 08:00-16:00, and on Fridays from 08:00-14:00. It's important to note that we are closed during exam periods, and our last opening day coincides with the last day of classes for the semester. We reopen at the beginning of the following semester.

Behind our incredible team of volunteers is Analogen, the board that oversees Cafe Analog's operations, supported by a dedicated team of managers. The board comprises a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, three board members, and two substitute members.
