Calvary Community Clinic is East Tampa's first free clinic, established by Mount Calvary SDA Church to address the critical healthcare needs of the uninsured population in the community. With a significant portion of the population in the 33604, 33610, and 33612 zip codes lacking health insurance and living below the poverty level, the clinic aims to provide quality and compassionate healthcare to those who are underserved, uninsured, unemployed, and underprivileged. The clinic's vision is to promote holistic wellness and reduce healthcare disparity in the East Tampa community, while their mission is to offer free healthcare and health education services to individuals and families who are uninsured, underserved, and part of the working poor in Hillsborough County.

The dedicated team at the clinic consists of certified physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, counselors, social workers, and support personnel. The clinic is overseen by a board of directors comprised of medical, health, and business professionals.
