Camden Coalition is a brand dedicated to advancing equitable ecosystems of care. As a designated Regional Health Hub in South Jersey, Camden Coalition supports and strengthens care ecosystems across the country.

They also focus on teaching, training, and building an evidence base for the complex care field.
