COFA Alliance National Network (CANN) is a significant organization advocating for social and economic justice for residents of the Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau. Formed in 2014, CANN aims to address the barriers and challenges faced by individuals from COFA island nations residing in the United States. CANN focuses on improving access to basic necessities such as healthcare, job opportunities, and property rights.

They have successfully worked towards removing the one-year-only driver's license limit on Oregon's COFA residents through the passage of HB 2517. Additionally, CANN played a crucial role in the enactment of the COFA Premium Healthcare Assistance program (HB 4071) in 2016. With chapters in various states, including Oregon, Arizona, Texas, Eastern Oregon, and Washington, CANN has expanded its reach and impact.

The organization consists of two separate entities, CANN c4 and CANN Foundation c3. While CANN c4 engages in lobbying efforts and advocacy, the CANN Foundation c3 focuses on tax-exempt activities.
