CCHRC SF, the Chinese Community Health Resource Center, is a renowned private non-profit community center established in 1989. With their expertise in culturally competent health education programs, CCHRC has become a trusted leader in the San Francisco Bay Area Chinese community.

Their wide range of services includes patient navigation, health education, disease management, general health classes, individual counseling, perinatal health programs, and a comprehensive wellness library. CCHRC has also pioneered groundbreaking initiatives in the nation, such as the Chinese-speaking I Can Cope cancer support group, Men's Health Day, Women's Health Day, Chinese Community Fitness Day, and a bilingual health information website. Partially funded by Chinese Community Health Plan, Chinese Hospital, Jade Health Care Medical Group, and grants and donations, CCHRC relies on generous contributions to continue serving the local, national, and global Chinese community
