If you have Medicaid or any Medicaid HMO, such as Simply Health or United Healthcare, you'll need a script from your child's primary doctor. For commercial insurance plans, a referral from your primary care doctor is required. Once we receive the necessary paperwork, we can obtain authorization for evaluation and schedule an appointment, except for United Healthcare members who need to start an authorization directly with UHC.

We have two convenient locations in Longwood and Orange City, staffed with experienced professionals dedicated to your child's well-being. To accommodate your needs, we accept various forms of payment, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, HSA/Flex cards, personal checks, and cash.
