Sankara Frazier, who witnessed the deterioration of communities and families in South Minneapolis, Circle of Discipline initially started as an amateur boxing coaching program. However, recognizing that coaching alone was not sufficient to make a lasting impact, the organization expanded its scope. Today, they offer a range of programs including Pursuit Of Discipline, Group 360 Advocacy Services, and Lifestyles-FIT.

The brand has received recognition for its outstanding work in the community and has brought home numerous national boxing champions. Circle of Discipline also partners with other organizations, such as the Brooklyn Park Police, to serve youth and young adults in various areas.
