With six clinics serving south Boulder, Broomfield, and west Adams counties, we strive to be easily accessible to our community.

We even offer a home visit program and outreach initiatives to care for the homeless. We are committed to making health care affordable for all, accepting most insurance plans and providing discount programs for those without coverage. Our mission is to be the medical and dental care provider of choice for low-income and underserved populations in south Boulder, Broomfield, Gilpin, and west Adams counties. We focus on culturally appropriate, prevention-focused care that integrates medical, behavioral health, and dental services. We firmly believe that affordable health care is not only a basic right but also essential in allowing individuals to thrive and contribute to their families and communities.
