Closer to Home Community Services (CTH) is a charitable organization located in Calgary, AB since 1995. CTH provides a wide range of services designed to meet the unique needs of children, youth, and families. Our mission is to facilitate growth and belonging in communities of meaningful relationships.

We strive to ensure that every child thrives within supportive family and community relationships. Through evidence-based practices, Closer to Home works to preserve, reunify, and build stronger families who can care for their children and contribute meaningfully in their community. We offer a variety of programs and services including parent and family programs, child and youth programs, indigenous programs, newcomer programs, crisis support, foster care, and group care.

At Closer to Home, we believe that every child deserves to feel loved and have a safe place to call home. By providing stable and healthy living environments, we aim to help children grow and develop, and ultimately, reunite families.
