In ninth grade, students go through an exploratory program, rotating through four different training areas to discover their interests.

In tenth grade, they select one training program to focus on. The school is an extension of the educational programs of six participating school districts, including Berwick Area, Bloomsburg Area, Central Columbia Area, Danville Area, Millville Area, and Southern Columbia Area School Districts. This collaboration gives students a full range of educational choices.
