Cody Company LLC, based in Ennis, Texas, has been a reliable and reputable manufacturer of pre-fabricated ducts and fittings since 1963. Serving Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Louisiana, they cater to both residential and commercial clients. The company was established in 1961 by Johnny R.

Cody and John H. Allen as a heating and air conditioning company. In 1962, John Martin Cody acquired Allen's share, leading to the birth of Allen and Cody Corporation.

Sensing the need for sheet metal products in their business, they ventured into manufacturing in 1963. As their sheet metal production expanded, they began selling surplus stock to wholesale supply houses. To accommodate their growing manufacturing needs, Cody Company relocated a part of their sheet metal plant to Ennis, Texas, in 1967.

They officially changed their corporate name to Cody Company LLC in 1968 and continued to expand their Ennis plant in subsequent years. In 1995, Cody Company acquired assets from a competitor in San Antonio, enabling them to expand their sales throughout southern Texas. Cody Company attributes its consistent growth to its steadfast dedication to establishing strong relationships with customers and employees.
