Colorado Health Network is a statewide organization that has been serving individuals in Colorado living with and at risk of acquiring HIV and other health conditions since 1983. They offer a comprehensive range of support services to over 5,250 individuals, including medical and oral health care, case management, behavioral health services, housing assistance, nutrition services, and emergency financial assistance. Their services are strategically designed to empower people and eliminate barriers to treatment and care, ultimately leading to increased stability and healthier lives.

In addition to support services, Colorado Health Network also works to prevent the spread of HIV through testing, treatment promotion, and PrEP services. They prioritize education and prevention, meeting clients where they are and working to decrease their risk over time. Colorado Health Network serves a diverse population through media, community outreach, and referrals, and also provides other health-related services such as a sterile needle access/exchange program and insurance and medical enrollment services.

As a member of advocacy organizations, they strive to advance social and healthcare equity in Colorado. With a rich history dating back to the early 1980s, Colorado Health Network has grown from separate AIDS Projects to a merged and expanded organization that is dedicated to meeting the evolving needs of those impacted by HIV in Colorado
