ConnectScale, founded in 2015, introduced a groundbreaking bluetooth scale tailored for the fishing industry. The company is led by a team of knowledgeable professionals. Ben Arnold, the CEO & Founder, is a process-oriented entrepreneur with a Business degree from East Tennessee State University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.

With over 20 years of experience managing large-scale technology and product development projects, he brings invaluable expertise to the table. W. Scott Morris, the Co-Founder and VP of Tournament Operations, has 20 years of experience in IT and the outdoor industry.
