Welcome to Contrast, your café-restaurant located in the center of Bordeaux. At Contrast, you can indulge in specialty coffee, breakfast, brunch, and afternoon tea. Our establishment offers a wide range of options to satisfy your cravings.

Contrast was created in 2017 by Laura and Mamadou, who wanted to share their passion for brunch and specialty coffee with you. In 2020, our coffee shop moved to a larger location, expanding our expertise to include not only breakfast, brunch, and coffee, but also cocktails and an evening menu. Our aim is to take you on a culinary journey through simple yet high-quality dishes.

We strive to accommodate diverse dietary preferences such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free. Discover the world of specialty coffee with our ever-changing selection sourced from local roasters. Try our classic brunch formula, available from 10 am, which includes a savory dish, a sweet dish, a sweet bowl, a hot beverage, and a cold drink for only 25 euros.

We also offer a vegan brunch formula for 28 euros, tailored to those following a vegan or gluten-free diet. Please note that we do not accept reservations, and evening privatization is available by appointment only. Our service is not continuous and stops when our supplies run out.
