Over the years, it changed hands until it was lovingly restored and transformed into a private campground by the Dauphinais family in 1963.

Today, the husband and wife team of Dan Mahieu and Lelah Campo are the proud owners of Cozy Hills. With their experience in business ownership, construction, and event planning, they have been investing their time and resources to take this campground to new heights.
