Child Protection Center is a local nonprofit organization based in Sarasota, Florida. With a mission focused on the prevention, intervention, and treatment of child abuse, they have been serving Sarasota and DeSoto Counties for over 40 years. As an accredited organization by the National Children's Alliance, Child Protection Center is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for children and families to heal.

Child Protection Center offers a range of services to support their mission. They have four core programs: Personal Safety & Community Awareness, Child Protection Team, Children & Families Supervised Visitation Program, and Therapy Programs. Additionally, they have a unique program called P.

(Pet Advocates Working in the Suncoast) which utilizes the therapeutic benefits of animals to aid children in the healing process.
