The brand was founded in 1999 by designer Cosima Pole, who initially created a collar for her black labrador, Vodka, out of an old necklace. The collar received so much attention that Cosima decided to work with a skilled leather worker in Menorca to create more unique and cool collars for dogs. From there, Creature Clothes was born.

Over the years, Creature Clothes has expanded its product range to include a variety of funky and stylish pet wear for dogs and cats. They also offer matching accessories for owners. The brand has collaborated with renowned institutions, worked with charities, and even styled dogs for shoots and advertisements.
