Their flagship program, Life Management Services™, provides comprehensive service case management, trust, and guardianship services for individuals with disabilities.

This program ensures that the needs of their loved ones are met by a caring organization. In addition, DayOne PACT serves as the Child and Family Connections agency for DuPage, Kane, and Kendall Counties. They work closely with families and children who are eligible for services through the Illinois early Intervention system, offering support and resources to navigate the system effectively.

DayOne PACT has a rich history, dating back to 1981 when a group of families came together to create an organization that would provide ongoing care for their loved ones with disabilities. The name PACT symbolized the agreement between families and the agency to ensure the well-being of their loved ones. Since merging with DayOne Network in 2016, DayOne PACT has strengthened its ability to meet the changing needs of its clients.
